Diamond 4 Step Boarding Proces

Stage One

Our HR team will review each application and schedule a over the phone interview with all eligible candidates. This starts the selection process.

Stage Two

If you are selected you will be invited for a face to face interview in which job opportunities will be presented.

Stage Three

After the face to face interview, if selected you will then be invited to accept an offer of employment.

Stage Four

You have made it to a Diamond opportunity where you will be able to shine and make a difference each day to our customers.
